Last updated: June 1, 2026
Prime Web Studio(“we”, “us”) builds websites and marketing systems for solar installers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Information we collect
Information you give us.When you use the chat assistant on this site to request a free quote or consultation, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, your business name, your contact information (such as a Facebook name, mobile number, or email), and what you’re looking for. If you message us on Facebook, we receive whatever you send there.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies — for example your device type, browser, pages viewed, and actions taken (such as clicking a button or starting a chat).
Meta Pixel and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel). It helps us understand how visitors use the site and lets us show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, and measure their results. The pixel may collect information such as pages visited and actions taken (for example, viewing the page, clicking to message us, or submitting an inquiry), along with device and browser data.
You can control how Meta uses this data through your Facebook ad preferences, and you can limit cookies through your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes or proposals.
- To contact you about the services you asked about.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this website and our services.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including ads on Meta platforms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run this site and follow up on inquiries (for example, website hosting and workflow/automation tools), who may process the data on our behalf.
- Meta (Facebook), through the Meta Pixel, as described above.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
Under RA 10173, you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your personal data, to object to or withdraw consent for its processing, to have it erased or blocked, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our Facebook Messenger.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
